WebUI Tutorials Index

This section provides two complementary ways to learn the WebUI. The WebUI Reference is a searchable written guide that explains how to configure and run each module, including its available workflows, options, and parameters. The Simulation Pipeline and Empirical Dataset Analysis sections contain recorded video walkthroughs that demonstrate complete workflows directly in the interface.

The simulation walkthroughs progress from generating neural activity and field potentials to extracting features, training an inverse model, and estimating circuit parameters. The empirical data walkthroughs demonstrate how to process measured electrophysiological recordings, compute predictions, and visualize the resulting estimates.
