Feature Extraction
This tutorial provides a Jupyter notebook that loads CDM signals from the field-potential tutorial and computes feature vectors for each experimental condition. It extracts a set of complementary time-structure, statistical, and spectral-related features (e.g., catch22 and specparam descriptors), focusing on descriptors such as slope and gamma peak frequency. It then visualizes feature trends across conditions in a multi-panel figure.
