Compute Field Potentials

This tutorial provides a Jupyter notebook that loads spike trains from the LIF sweep where external input (J_ext) is varied across conditions, computes CDMs with a biophysical kernel informed by the equivalent multicompartment network, computes a simple firing-rate proxy from the same spikes, and compares both outputs in time and frequency domains.
